We have a No Refund policy on our lead generation services, we make prior commitments to programs to create campaigns for clients, partners and anyone purchasing and using our services.

The only guarantee we make is the amount of promised leads or inquiries promised in our agreements, not the results or outcome of those leads or inquiries.

If we cannot deliver the amount of said leads in 30 days, we stop payments for the following month if the client, partner, customer is enrolled in our programs, until we reach goal. If we do not deliver the promised amount of leads agreed upon in 60 days from the day of payment, the client, partner, customer can request a refund.
